The Pilgrim Centre offers different size rooms - the largest holding around 200 people. Please contact us to discuss your
requirements and we can advise on which room will best suit your needs.
Our convenient location and comfortable furnishings mean you can be assured of a successful meeting. We offer
access to the building from 9.00am until 9.00pm, although other times can be arranged. Rooms are hired
'per session' - four hours in the morning, afternoon or evening. Cost of hire is given on the
Prices page.
Rooms can be set up prior to your arrival, generally in 'Theatre', 'Board' or 'Circle' style. Please
tell us your requirements when you make your booking.
Rooms have numerous power points and extension leads can be borrowed.

The Centre is wheelchair-friendly with lifts, wide doors and large disabled toilets. Some areas also have a
hearing aid loop system. We will be pleased to discuss any requirements you have and do our best to find a
solution to any potential problems.
We can provide office support in the way of telephone, fax, photocopying and laminating. Wi-fi internet
access is available at no charge in some areas of the building* or you can plug your laptop into the internet in the
office.

A password is needed to enable use of wi-fi in the building. The signal varies in strength
in different parts of the building so we cannot guarantee you will be able to use the wi-fi.
The meeting rooms are spread out over three floors and there is a lift to all but the very top floor (Upper Meeting
Room). Each floor has a well-equipped kitchenette area where you can prepare your own refreshments. Should
