A Bit About Us ...
The Pilgrim Centre opened in November 1990 as a new home for
Central Church.
As part of the church's vision, the Pilgrim Centre was designed to be a centre serving the centre of Swindon by
way of a meeting place whether through the room hire service or the
Roundabout Café.
We subsidise room hire for charitable and community based non-profit making organisations.  Groups hiring our rooms may
like to know that any profit generated is ploughed back into the work of the Centre and so directly helps charitable
concerns who use the Centre.
Three days a week the Centre offers a Befrienders service where homeless people are given a meal, toiletries and
clothing. The befrienders are volunteers, non-judgemental, and offer a sympathetic ear.
The Centre is run by both paid and volunteer staff and we like to think we offer a friendly as well as an efficient service.
We are grateful for your support of the work of the Pilgrim Centre.
